He has extensive experience in the financial sector, having served as a board member at various firms. From 1992 to 2007, he worked at Winterthur and AXA, overseeing different departments, including as Director of the Fund and Pension Plan Management and the Pension Offer Area. He is a member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He also collaborates as an associate professor at business schools.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration, an MBA from EADA, and a Diploma in Business Sciences.
