Carlos founded FIBANC in 1983, and after selling it to the Mediolanum Group, he founded Trea Capital in 2006. He was awarded a PhD in economics and business sciences with distinction Cum Laude. Carlos has been President of the Círculo de Economía, President of EFPA Spain (European Financial Planning Association) for 16 years, and member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committees of international Groups such as 3i, Rothschild Iberian Private Equity Fund or Worms (Sicav). He is currently the President of Banco Mediolanum in Spain, Director of the same bank in Italy and several other companies. He is also Vice President of INVERCO (Spanish Association of Investment and Pension Funds) and member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts.
