For the past eight years, she has been the Global Head of Compliance at Morabanc (Andorra) and a board member of its subsidiaries in the United States, Switzerland, and Spain. Prior to this, she held similar roles in Spain at institutions such as Deutsche Bank and Barclays Wealth. Additionally, she has pursued continuous education through programs such as Management and Administration of NGOs at ESADE, International Accreditation in Corporate Boards and Good Governance from the Institute of Corporate Governance, the Directors’ Program at ESADE Business & Law School, and the “Women on Boards” and “Compliance, Social Responsibility, and Good Corporate Governance” programs at IESE Business School. Furthermore, she has balanced her professional work with teaching activities, serving as an associate professor at the Universitat d’Andorra and EAE Business School.

Amparo holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid and has extensive professional experience.
