Jordi Armengol has been with the Trea group for over 10 years. He began in the Middle Office team but quickly moved to the Emerging Markets team as an analyst, focusing on Emerging Markets bonds and corporate High Yield, assisting the Head PMs of the funds. Over the last decade, within the Fixed Income team, Jordi has taken on increasingly significant roles, advancing from junior manager to lead manager on multiple Emerging Markets strategies and mandates, including Trea Emerging Markets Credit Opportunities (formerly 3G Credit Opportunities), Mediolanum Emerging Markets, and Trea Emerging Income.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona (2011), a Master’s in Finance from IEF, and certifications in CIIA, EFA, and Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Society UK. Additionally, he is a member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts.
